Her yapay zeka filmi önce ters giden planlardan yapılır.

0:04Every AI film is made of shots that went wrong first. The difference between amateurs and professionals isn't that professionals get perfect takes – it's that they know how to diagnose a bad shot and fix it fast, without starting over. In this lecture, you'll learn that workflow.

0:23Start with a diagnosis, not a re -roll. Name the failure. Is it one of the five signatures? A face that changed, a floating camera, a shot with no purpose, a world that doesn't match, or a rhythm problem? Then ask which step of the pipeline it comes from. A drifting face is a design problem. A wrong framing is a board problem. A wrong action is a prompt problem. Go back to that step and fix it there.

0:53Say a scarf turns brown in one close -up. Is it the video model? Maybe not. Check the production sheet first. If the scarf sits in shadow there, the model is only copying what it was given. Regenerate the sheet with the scarf clearly burgundy, in even light, and the next takes follow.

1:12When you regenerate, change one thing at a time. If you rewrite the prompt, switch the model and swap a reference all at once, you'll never know what fixed it, or what broke it. Keep a short log for difficult shots – what you changed and what happened. Three takes with a method beat ten takes on lug.

1:32Before you blame the video model, look at what it received. In Screenweaver, the video node can show you exactly what the model receives – the full prompt and the references. Half of the time, the problem is right there – a missing position, a reference that shouldn't be there, a line that contradicts the sheet.

1:52Often, the fastest fix is in the image before the video. If a frame is almost right, repair it. Edit it with AI, paint over the area to change and describe the change. Move the camera with the camera angle tool to get the framing you wanted, or crop it. Then use the repaired image as the start frame or as the panel and generate the video again. Fixing a still costs seconds. Fixing a video costs a full generation.

2:21When a shot needs a precise first image, build that image as a still. Repair it until it's right, and give it to the model as the start frame. You direct the first frame, and the model only has to animate it.

2:36Some failures are cheaper to fix in the edit. Video models often stumble in the first and last fractions of a second – a little warp, a frozen frame. Trim them. A cut can hide a moment that doesn't quite work, and a shot that's too long can almost always be shortened. Before you regenerate a whole clip, ask whether a cut would save it.

2:59And combine your takes. A good shot can be the first half of take two and the second half of take three, joined by a cut on a natural movement. Editors have done exactly that for a hundred years.

3:11And sometimes, the right fix is to rewrite the shot. If a model keeps failing at the same physical action after a few honest tries, the action is the problem. Our key in an envelope is the perfect example. We didn't win by regenerating. We won by rewriting the idea into a photograph already in his hand. Simplify the action, split it into two shots, or show it differently.

3:37Keep your costs under control while you fix. Work in drafts. In C -Dance 2 .5's draft mode, takes are faster and cheaper. When a take finally works, finish it to 1080p, or upscale it with Topaz. And keep every version. Screenweaver saves each result, and its details tell you which tool and which settings produced it. A good take you can't reproduce is half a take.

4:03Finally, know when to stop. The shot doesn't need to be perfect. It needs to work in the cut, for the length of time it's on screen. Watch it in context, with the shots around it at full speed. If the audience won't notice the flaw, and the emotion lands, keep it and move on. Your time is better spent on the shots that carry the story.

4:25Your exercise, take your worst shot, write the diagnosis, which signature, which step. Fix it at that step, changing one thing at a time, and log each take. And now, it's time to practice. In the workshop, we build the forto together, inside the app, step by step. The script, the storyboard, and the production.
